Donna L. Schmidt

Donna has been with Michael E. Magliari, P.C., since its inception in 1999. Prior to that time, Donna worked with Michael Magliari at the law firm of Briegel, Baylard, P.C., from December 1991 until 1999.

Donna is the law firm’s executive legal assistant, office manager and billing manager. As executive legal assistant with over thirty years of experience, Donna specializes in estate planning document drafting and review, including wills, powers of attorney, medical directives, revocable living trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, gifting trusts and charitable trusts. In addition, she has extensive experience with corporate and LLC formation and assists with probate and trust administration for decedent estates. As office and billing manager, Donna is responsible for accounts receivable and payable, client billing and human resources including hiring and training paralegals and associate attorneys.

Donna enjoys spending most of her time with her husband and four children. She also enjoys visiting with extended family and friends, traveling and attending professional sporting events and concerts.
